Please allow us 2 weeks as we design and print your faces and bodies!
 
 Some notes before you begin: 
       - AFTER YOU PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE SEND A FRONT-FACING PHOTO (eyebrows showing and the face you want your character to make) to info@bigkidbrix.com. 
              - Subject should be " FigureMeOut ORDER# " (example on last photo)
                 - We will not begin the process until your photo has been received
       - We will pick the hair or hat design and color that will fit best with your fig based off your photo!
       - We will not be able to use logos or business names 
       - Please, nothing inappropriate (it will not be made and you will be refunded)
                - Let us know if you have any questions 
 
You will also receive a "freebie" accessory that we will do our best to pick out based on your favorites
     - could be Lego, our own custom accessory, or from a third-party
     - these cannot be exchanged, for they are just a bonus item
